Pulla-Pirtti is a family business, who manufacture and sell versatile bakery-, confectionery- and foodproducts.
Citizens of Oulu have enjoyed fresh pastries for over 49 years. Antero Räinä started his first bakery in Oulu, Aleksanteri's street in 1958. There were six professionals working in the bakery - as an intention to serve their customers best quality.

Activity has expanded steadily. Oulu"s bakery moved to it"s current place Oulunlahti, Perävainio in 1970"s. In 1988 Pulla-Pirtti bought Raahen Leipätuote Ltd. In 1991 they celebrated opening of Leipätuote"s new production site in Pattijoki. Familybakery co-operation started in in 1996. Co-operation- and partnershipcontract with Lapin Leipä Ltd was made in 1998. Kauhava"s Pullatuote Ltd became a member of Pulla-Pirtti in 2002, and in 2003 they opened a bakery in Kauhajoki. In 2004 Pulla-Pirtti bought Lapin Leipä"s whole capital stock.
Antero Räinä"s sons Hannu and Heikki Räinä became partners to company in 1992. Currently, Hannu Räinä is in charge of Oulu"s and Rovaniemi"s positions and Heikki Räinä is in charge of Raahe"s and Kauhava"s positions.

At 2004, almost 200 professionals in our four bakeries keeps production going continuously. Flour- and sugarbakers, packers, clerks, salesmen and experts in logistics ensure that our customers receive their products first-rated and tasty.

Satisfied customer is important to us, that is why we intend to develop our products continuously. We have ensured Pulla-Pirtti is functioning at a high level by making remarkable investments to our factories machinery. Development still continues.
Our products are available almost everywhere in Finland. Seinäjoki, Vaasa, Kokkola, Oulu, Kuhmo, Kuusamo and Utsjoki outline our essential homearea.
Perheleipurit Ltd
In 1996 Pulla-Pirtti and three other finnish familybakeries combined their forces to serve their customers even better. Pomppis Perheleipurit Ltd was established to handle bakeryproduct"s national trade and marketing.
Other owners are Moilas Ltd from Pieksämäki, Leivon Leipomo Ltd and Leipomo Salonen from Turku. Perheleipurit have in Finland eight bakeries and personnel about 520.
Turnover is about 70 million euros, which is approximately 10% of Finland"s market.
