This is a Northern Finnish loaf bread - suitable for many different tastes. 

It is delicious on hot summer days, as well as on cold winter nights.

Enjoy it as you like: multiple slices on top of the other or one slice at the time. 

Ingredients

WHEAT flour, water, syrup, RYE flour, malted RYE crushed grain, OAT bran, orange's skin jam [sugar, thickening agent (E440)], baker's yeast, psyllium fibre, malted BARLEY and RYE, salt, emulsion (E472e), colza oil. Might include small amounts of milk and egg.
