WHEAT flour, water, sunflower seed, WHEAT gluten, flaxseed, RYE flour, dried RYE sourdough, salt, yeast, fermented WHEAT flour, rapeseed oil, BARLEY malt flour, dextrose, WHEAT sour culture, flour healing (E300). The product has 7% seeds. May contain small residues of oats, milk and eggs. Strongly salty.
