Water, whole grain OAT FLOUR and FLAKES (35%), potato flakes, OAT FIBRE, syrup, baker’s yeast, leavening agent (E450, E500), salt, food preservative (E200), WHEAT FLOUR.
From used grain, 100% is oat.
Includes small amount of wheat flour, which is used on the bread’s surface. Extra salt (the amount of salt is from the added salt and baking powder’s natrium).
